Brad came and looked at the job, gave me a rough quote and told me his workmen would be here on Friday. Well Friday came and no one turned up. He told me that the men were finishing another job and be around to do my job on FRIDAY again. this happened three times. I tried to call him but went straight to voicemail, I tried over two days. I rang his work partner, and explained to him what was going on , he said that he would ring Brad and call me back. When he called back it was to tell me that they couldn't help me
